Unhelpful withholding refund hacked servers in India
After repeated requests still waiting refund. Einstein is not required to figure odds of company with crazy abnominal 875 google reviews about aliases mostly 5 stars in a matter of years - all singing the Same praises Far from reality;- EUKHOST aka HYPERSLICE is INDIAN owned and operated by ESDS Software Solution Pvt. Ltd.Nashik, Maharashtra INDIA. Accoding to latest company accounts is bankrupt, financially too. Has a net worth of -£183 00 with £23k of debt negating any assets of 23k. A poor excuse for a webhost - servers hacked daily, complicit in cybercrime and phishing scam placed on your remote server. Referred to police and NCA. Avoid. It seems leaving a negative review has little impact as it will be then buried with 875 fake google reviews .. if you ever read this.. You are welcome, opt for a larger well established hosting instead.

Moved to eUKHost - night & Day. This was "Just another support issue" where I needed to do something to gain the renewal of my SSL on website - and didn't have a clkue. Literally sortewd by Alec U in a few minutes, no drama, no difficulties, just 10/10 service - I have to ay as always
Having worked in web hosting for 15 years, it's sad when you have to leave an review like this but I want to make future customers aware of what they're letting themselves in for.
When a company fails to acknowledge and do anything about its staff failures, you know it's time to take your business elsewhere. When staff fail to call back despite promises to do, when a company loses your data, when technical support staff display a lack of competence, and when a billing and ticketing system doesn't work, it begs the question of what this "technical" company is actually able to do. And then when the "feedback" department does everything but take feedback or address your customer service issues, there's nothing more you can do.
If you're looking for a reliable and competent technical operation, look elsewhere and stay as far away from eUKhost as possible.
This company is actually in India, all support is in India, the chat users prefer to use generic names but they change them daily when providing inacurate or poor support. The list of issues I have faced over the past few years is endless, they seem completely unable to communicate, often lie about creating support tickets and are completely incapable of keeping you informed or providing a speedy response when the issue is urgent. I have just spent 2 days with my server offline and not one person seems to be able to give me a straight answer. I am leaving EUK asap and would not recommend to anyone. Most of their reviews are simply generated from support, they pester you to add a review of their support for that particular issue, but you are really placing a review of their service online, it's a sneaky way to make it look like you are providing a good service and getting good reviews.
Support is outsourced to overseas and there is a language barrier! Simple setups take an age to do multiple times before they work and often they still don't and you have to do it yourself. Its not a managed service as advertised, its more like additional support. Its not UK based as advertised. Not the cheapest out there so shop around and look at reviews. I never ended up activating the service and after less than 24 hours terminated the contract requesting a full review. 5 days later still waiting for that refund!
