Website was offline for 3 days. Support responds very slowly and only the same text over and over again.

Hosting account was canceled, due to a system error, the account was not canceled at the end of the term but immediately.

There are no more backups so that all data is now gone.

I can not recommend this company. There are neither backups nor is the support good.

The database server where I was hosting my database crashed. I have no problem with that as that could happen, but what happened afterwards is just a scam.
I wrote a ticket to the customer service and all they tell me is wait. My website has been down for more than 3 days now and all I get from them is "wait".
Honetly their support is the worst I have ever seen. They don't even read my messages and just give me back automated responses. And here is an example :
I wrote them 3 times ( in the same ticket ) that I cannot connect to my cPanel account and all they tell me is "wait". Then I get a message from them stating "Please upload the database to your filemanager." and when asking them which filemanager they mean I get this as answer "You can find it in the Cpanel sections" while I literally told them 1 hour before in the same support ticket "it has already been 9 hours since I reported the problem and I still can't access my cPanel."
If everything goes well then Flaunt7 are good, but as soon as a minor error appears you can forget your whole website as their support is the worst you could ever see.
