I hv renewed my domain on 23rd Oct but it's still not working. Trying to call your customer service guy but they are not answering my, see the mgs on whatsapp but no response. Really not happy with the service. Before the renewal I received multiple calls but now you all are not interested in doing your work. If it's not working then request u to pls refund my money but you are wasting my time..

Calling the customer service agent and get the solution of your queries and an inconvenience of service productivity matters is much better.but the ticket rising service is very poor they takes many days to solve the problem without any notice. to make your queries ticket service then other platforms. But I give you a thumbs up of your WhatsApp and calling customer service agent responsible support.
100% fraud company. they don't reply properly or solve any issue after getting money. they have return policy but they never return. service is worst. very often site are down. some time more then 10 hr some time they took 3 days to change a simple dns and ssl. worst service ever. i have all the proof. i challang Hosting mella to prove me wrong. if they don't return my money i will go for cybercrime for their scam. thy are cheating so many people. never trust them. i have proof if you want.
