I've bene with ICDSOFT since 2003... their control panel has evolved over the years into a VERY easy to use & navigate tool. Their website builder is now superb!! The support is just outstanding. The ICDSoft SureSupport service is one of the best I have EVER encountered. They use a communicative ticketing system so I know where in the process their response is. They have always (over my 15 year experience with them) recommended a positive action in their response, with clear indications as to who will implement it. And, best of all, even though their response time is billed as "within one hour," I've never known them to take more than 20 minutes from the time I started the ticket to their response.
This service should be a benchmark for the entire industry.
