I had to wait for 7 days for my domain and hosting to be renewed after paying for it. The email, whatsapp messages, and ticket messages I sent went unanswered all this while. The phone number on their website +254 742 ... 377 was offline whenever I tried calling (basically throughout the period). Terrible customer support, very unreliable. I can't complain about their features and pricing though.

Customer service at Movehost whenever an issue occurs with their server is too slow and may take upto 48 hours for them to respond. They are not online to offer support . For those who value uptime Movehost may disappoint you. Do not Try it!
