NecaHost has been offering their hosting service sine 2011, which makes them a fairly new hosting provider, but they have grown quickly and have a good reputation so far. They offer a variety of hosting services as well as online storage and more. They have won awards for good service and seem to be always looking for ways to improve on what they provide to their customers.
This hosting company is a subsidiary of a larger IT services company. This may be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your own opinion of the matter. It seems, however, that it hasn't caused any problems thus far so it shouldn't be a concern for most people.
Uptime & Reliability
Good Reliability with No Guarantee
While the company does provide good and reliable hosting, there does not seem to be any type of guarantee involved. Some people won't like this of course, but the fact is, the hosting is quite stable. They have RAID 10 options and SSD boot drives which help to keep things up, and the data center they use is top notch. They also have a good tech support team to ensure issues are detected and resolved fast.
Features
Typical Hosting Options
You'll have access to all the typical hosting features that you would expect with any hosting company. With their shared hosting solutions you can start out with their mini package, which only allows one site, 20 SQL databases and a limited amount of email and other features. As you move up, you do get additional features. One nice thing is that you get unlimited bandwidth with all their hosting packages, which some companies don't offer.
The disk space limits are quite generous, starting at 20 gigs and moving up from there. While they are still limits, they are far more reasonable than some of the other companies out there. The sites are controlled using the cPanel platform, which is the most popular option today.
Support
Very Good Tech Support
Their tech support is really good. They report that they respond to 99% of tickets within 30 minutes, which is very nice. From what I have been able to find, they also do a great job at actually fixing issues once they are reported.
The tech teams also monitor things like hardware and traffic so that they can address issues before they actually cause any downtime.
Pricing
Nice Pricing with Annual Billing
The prices this company has are fairly low. Entry level options start at $29 per year and they go up from there. It seems, however, that you can't pay monthly (at least not with their shared hosting) so that may be an inconvenience for some people. Throughout their different packages, however, the prices remain either low or average, so price won't likely be an issue for most customers.

Overall this is a good hosting company that has a good reputation for providing good hosting and more. They offer traditional web hosting as well as online storage and web radio hosting services too. They are a good choice for most types of sites.
