Realiable VPS Server Provider

Offline service more than 8 hours and do not respond ticket

El servidor todos los días para cayéndose, y cuando mando ticket se demoran en contestar, y pregunto que paso no responden. Tengo el servicio caido mas de 8 horas y no responden ticket.
