Available all time round - their ticket response IS fast! No doubt but their features list is kinda limited :-(

Their dedicated and cloud servers are a perfect match for my needs. A little expensive but good quality!

My performances have increased a lot and their tech support is of great help when needed! We have moved away from unlimitedhost which was handled by our webdesigner, but we've given everything out to our host tech team and they're handling everything now nice and smooth - Thanks RHC and keep up the good work!

Fantastico! Have a few servers with RHC Hosting and they're all performing above all expectations! At least, ours!! They completed their setup within a day as it was a custom setup and they had exactly what we needed

Efficient and good technical support skills - support response time is extremly fast via support tickets but sure about the livechat though... :-( asked for help twice on there but no one answered but as soon as i sent a ticket, it was answered within 5 minutes! So happy with them! :-).
