Great Experience

We have very long relations with rockhoster from last 5 years. We have been using multiple rockhoster VPS services and we are always satisfied with the service provided. The issues faced by us were also immediately solved by the support.

Finger Weg, offensichtlicher Betrug

Seit über 2 Monaten schreibe ich ein Ticket nach dem anderen und fordere den Auth-Code für einige Domains an, die ich umziehen möchte. Die einzige Reaktion sind Angebote für Halte- oder Empfehlungsprämien und der Hinweis auf interne Überlastung.
Ich empfehle dringend diesen Provider zu meiden.
Aus unserer Sicht ist das Verhalten von Rocking Hoster kein Missgeschick, sondern kalkulierter Betrug.
