After nearly the end of 2 years with Vodien, problems starting to arise, I just dont receive emails for about 1 week. I called the helpdesk, the customer service person named Nicole (Likely an Alias) explained that it is a DMARC and SPH needed updating but I asked does that mean all your clients are affected or only me, and she assured me that the problem has been resolved, without answering my question. I Started asking, whether there are processes when I have to call in to check etc, she repeated saying the problem is solved and cut the chat off. To my dismay, I was still unable to receive my email. I had to call them again and the next customer service told me that due to multiple password failers, they would lock up the Mail server IP. And once he saif he resolved the problem, mu email started comming.
I Wrote in to email@example.com and JOSE BARICUATRO did his marketing stance like an idiot that does not know much about webhosting and not respond to my questions. He became rude and started to send me links on "Explanation on how IP address and DNS works"
They dont even know and neither they will respond to all your problems with their system. Their pricing is also about 35% higher than the market but without the show of quality or reliability.

Our company has been using Vodien server and hosting services for many years, and have very disappointed experience of their incompetent technical support and business development team. They can anyhow suspend all our accounts without any notification and explanation.
Read my new case just happened yesterday, on 06 sept 2023 5pm they suddenly suspended all our accounts without any notification, NO call NO email notification, all accounts are suddenly suspended.
we called their technical support, using vodien live chat support, they just transfer call from one technical support to another technical support. Then told us we have outstanding payment, but we login our vodien account, there is no outstanding invoice and in fact our vodien account still has available credit and our company has multiple credit cards are linked with vodein account.
The technical support told us they cannot activate back our account until the business development specialist is available then can talk to us at 6am or 7am on 07 sept 2023. There is no person in charge we can talk with. No choice, we have to repeat the same story with their technical support staff again and again.
No one from Vodien is going to solve the issue until we clear the payment, but there is NO outstanding invoice in my account for us to pay at all! (refer to my account screenshot below) Where is the outstanding invoice?!
Thanks to vodien’s super messy internal structure and unprofessional ways of operation, all of us and our clients are suffering from disruption of our services, and our operations are badly affected. We have to keep explaining to our clients that the service disruptions is due to Vodien suddenly suspended all our account.

Then I was told that their boss, director, and managers are all work from home, no one at office at all, except one reception girl here.
Can you imagine that all of us putting our data at their server, but their office is totally empty, except one reception girl?!
Do you think we can trust such company? Do you think we can use their services which you do not know when the services will be cut off and suspended without any notification? You cannot migrate all your data out until they activate your account for you to login.
After using them for web hosting for more than 10 years, service and quality had collapsed. Technical support was extremely incompetence, arrogance and poor. They did live up to 1 star if not zero rating. Do not use them period, my web site and email was suspended with no good reason, business was affected I was lucky that my vendor inform me about the suspended account. I am definitely moving on to another reliable Co and definitely more affordable.

a rating of 0 is too high. Their incompetence has caused my website to be down for a few days now. and I was promised a call back, or an email back immediately. Every time I contact them I get some soothing comments like "I understand how much you wanted to received an update from our team". But i never get any updates and i continue to lose money as my website is down due to their incompetence. I am finding another domain registrar. Its the same owner as Crazy Domains, and the service is just as bad with Crazy Domains. I was sent an email asking for more information about the company that owns my domain name registrations THAT WENT TO MY SPAM FOLDER. Because I did not see and reply to this email (IN MY SPAM FOLDER) my website was taken down by Vodien. I have spent hours on the phone and hours on webchat, I was promised call backs "soon". I asked if "soon" meant "today" and I was assured that yes it did. I have just been told that the previous representative was wrong, and a call back would not be possible for another 36 hours. I was told the previous consultant will be "properly calibrated" for giving me the false hope of a call back today.
I paid their service for 13 years. I terminated it by end of August 2022 due to the very bad service. And now they gave me a final blow before I go! I asked them to help me back up my inbox of last two years. Andrew Canque volunteered to call me. First of all, hard to believe he could be a call center service guy. Endless talking, can't tolerate one second, interrupted me when I'm doing my steps...Then gave me wrong instructions five times until he asked me to download team viewer and I saw he operated differently! He refused to apologize but kept saying it was due to communication misunderstanding. But to revenge on me pointing his mistake, he refused to help me import to a gmail account. Saying it's not vodien responsibility. I said your colleagues helped me import to gmail this February. He blatantly said it was bcs you were our customer then but now you terminated with us. Hey I'm still a paying customer till 3 weeks later! He cut me off, talked over me and kept saying I decided to leave so he wouldn't help me , no matter how small a request is. I asked for another person, he refused. Saying he's the highest authority in escalation Dept. No one else can take over from him. I asked him to stop arguing but rather either give me another person, help.me with this small request, or just simply hang up. Can you believe? He just kept talking, something like I understand your needs but I can't help...his voice is a hazard! A sheer noise...I hung up. Then wrote to vodien for help and compliant...Then Andrew himself responded! I asked for another person to communicate withbme..now 24 hours later no response. What's shocking about vodien is, I feel the culture is to reject their customers. Their call center is the first one I experienced who constantly reject your request and blatantly told you that... OK under the disguise of cliche?Like our policy doesn't allow me...The key message is, fxxk you. I don't care what you want, I just want you to spend more money with us. If you don't, then I reject all your request. My intention to to prove how stupid you are and how good I'm. If you have a need, let me tell you it's shit! This Andrew guy is a great example of my 13 years paid service with them. After such a long time, I leave them with anger, frustration, deception, disrespect and pure relief. DONT EVER USE VODIEN. THEY ARE REALLY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST WANT TO PISS YOU OFF
Emails all lost for 30 hours and no action yet taken!
I have been their customer for over 10 years. They host all my company emails. During this process, problems often came up. The worst happens right now. On Dec 20, 2021, I saw three new emails in the notification on my phone. I didn't click them and when I accessed my email around 5pm, my inbox is empty! Tens of thousands of emails for the last 10 years have ALL GONE! I have been calling them and talking to 3-5 technical helps. Every time they asked me the same question to describe my problems. Then told me they don't know where my emails went. The worst is - they told me all spaces in the domain is taken so I can't receive any new emails but they don't know what takes the space because my inbox is empty!!! I'm stuck here for 30hours, that we can't receive emails, we can't send emails, and we can't retrieve any old emails. At the meanwhile, we can't use their back up emails in their server because there's no space in the domain to retrieve the emails their server has saved up to Dec 17!!!!! Their solution is to ask me to upgrade my plan to expand my space. What an unreasonable and irresponsible ask of me! They told me they don't know where the problem is but I have to pay more to get my old emails back. I can't believe it. I'm left in the limbo and my whole company work has to stop because of malfunction of the emails. We can't even send a Christmas card because we can't retrieve any of our client's email address! They told me to call me back today but I have been waiting till now nearly 10pm. Nobodycalled. The tech help keeps saying they have to escalate to higher support and so far I don't see any difference this higher support has brought. All the answer I got is , we don't understand what happened, and if you want to resolve, you have to pay more... God! Who can help me here? I can't imagine the disaster of losing all our 40k-50k emails for the last 10 years! PLEASE HAVE MERCY! Please stop the money driven greed to sell more and more when you should step up to take responsibility to help your clients! I need your help to expand our space free immediately so we can receive emails now. Then you need to solve the technical question what takes up the space. If you can't locate the problem, then it's your responsibility to offer me additional spaces as much as I have purchased so we can download our old emails and resume our normal business! PLEASE!!!
We have paid to renew our domain, and after paying the full amount, there was another separate email stating, an extra $2.10 to be paid (most probably GST). And so we didn’t check the email, because we thought that we have already paid the domain charges, so we didn’t pay attention to the extra email sent.
And so what happen? The domain expire, and now we have to pay $180 to recall the domain.
I think if I am in the service line, and I noticed something is missing like a $2.10 out of the total sum that is company has paid, I would have given the in charge a call. Yes a CALL will be appreciated.
