It takes on average about 20 minutes for them to answer a call.
And on average 24 hours to respond (if they do respond).
You should just remove your so called "support" department completely

email that they have charged my credit card for another year of hosting. I was shocked about it and upset. I inquired about it and requested that I be refunded for the following reasons:
1. It's difficult financial times during Covid. The money charged can greatly help us with more important expenses.
Their take: Its their rule. I said there is always an exception if your company has a heart, you would consider that. They said their clients want it auto renewed because they don't want downtime. I said, still, I am not same as all your other clients so you should consider. They never did.
2. They didn't remind us about it before the due date. I have seen articles online that talked about legal cases because companies needed to remind their clients before renewing even if they're on auto-renew. In my case, there wasn't any auto-renew options.
Their reply: It was in the contract. Who would read those long contracts? Does anybody do? I said if that was the case it should have been straightly said right from the start and that they needed to remind because obviously, I wasn't needing that hosting anymore. Still, they insisted.
I don't like the way they do this thing. I am going to use my hosting because it's gonna be wasted. I have to make another site just so it's going to be useful. However, if I need to go on with my site next year, I am going to move my website to another hosting company and would never use this hosting company again.
