The support is terrible outside of UK GMT (where we got to learn everyone in the UK support centre by name)! Chat boxes unanswered and support responses unhelpful. Sad but true. Even sadder that a company like this remains in business making large sums of undeserved money.

They refused to tell me where they were incorporated when I threatened to complained to the state Attorney General.
