The support is terrible outside of UK GMT (where we got to learn everyone in the UK support centre by name)! Chat boxes unanswered and support responses unhelpful. Sad but true. Anyhow, I sent them my National Identity Card and still I'm waiting for them to complete the process. Here is the exact email I recieved
