unately my income is not big enough to continue use it.
I had no problems with downtime on A2Hosting and thanks to them for this, but there are many cons which makes me nervous.
1.When I add domain, it starts to run AutoSSL and until it does not assign SSL to your domain you can't do nothing with it. but it may take up to 24-72 hours and from their opinion it is normal, fortunately in my cases it did not take more then 6 hours.
Another Problem is if you use gmail address for example for sending mails from your site it will send SPF error message to your mail and will not send email. I had same problem and asked for help via chat and Support guy told me that he fixed it but problem still existed and then after a while ago I again contacted support and now I was told that I need to add spf record for all domains separately by myself.
I am sure that after some time I will find some other stupid things on this hosting, but I need to get used to it until my service ends :(
When I told that it only takes few minutes on other hostings to assign ssl this is what I got as answer: "I cannot comment other hosting, it is like you ask Volkswagen why Mercedes have something different, yet they are both just cars."
But from my oppinion other hostings sell cars which only need keys in it and it will take you anywhere, while A2Hosting sell you just car parts and you need first to build a car and only after you will be able to drive, but nowone tells you this when you pay for it, you only find out it later.
I would understand this on Dedicated servers, but shared servers mostly are purchased by non-tech people for their blogs or small business and they need some ready to go solutions, but they are forced to learn Cpanel features to make everything work and this is terrible.

f the server was working without any issue but not for all. When I send in the request to ask them fix it, they delay the issue for 3 days and come back to you without any proper explanation. What they told me was trying their best to troubleshoot but there is nothing wrong with the server and push the responsibility back to me. I do some screen capture to proof that same system is actually working well in server A but it's fail in server B. I request them to explain if they said this is nothing to do with their server. But the ignore my query and telling me to migrate all my hosting to the server which is working. I lost my confident on that. Below is their slogan :- "Management Note: Our goal is for 100% customer satisfaction." I think better change the slogan to " We will try our best to satisfy our customer. But if we fail to do so, that's reasonable due to our limited knowledge in managing cloud server".
