erral program. And even still, I've only used that program once. The point I'm making is that they were just THAT awesome before. Great uptime, never had any outages, sites were blazing fast, all for $31.99/month.
I was so pleased with them I ended up purchasing a few more shared hosting accounts with them, and again, referred a ton of business.
Now, their support agents just have a IDGAF attitude about everything. Everyone just seems to hate their jobs. There's no sense of "We really are glad you picked us!" Not even in a phony sense.
They don't even use "Please" and "Thank You" in emails. Which I do even when communicating with people I hate. It's just common courtesy.
Can't believe how rotten the service has gotten, and they don't seem to give a cr** about customer loyalty.
