The very issue that had us offline for over a week while paid technicians failed over and over. I was and still am utterly amazed and in awe. The value of his services was worth more from a financial standpoint comparatively than the cost of hosting a site on A2 for the next century.

removed plan and that plan is not available for new customers. While i purchased the plan , the executive told me that i will get all the benefits which will be available at the time of renewal. But now company is saying that they will not provide any discount either purchase a higher plan or renew it without any discount means at about double cost. its very frustrating. they are not ready to listen. They told me that I can change my plan, then they told me that you have to pay 25$ for changing the plan, again they told me that it was a mistake and no need to pay. Again they told me that there was a misunderstand I have to pay. again they told me that your 25$ fees is waived off. Are you playing with the customers ? Choosing A2 hosting is my big mistake.

When I sent an email to ask for an IP address to test latency, they said to create a support ticket. How much do they want me to do and still get nothing. I have so much of work and they are just making me roam everywhere. Worst support. Professional companies to please stay away.
