lled afrihost thrice a day and all I get is how sorry they are for the inconvenience. I requested to speak to supervisors who refuse to take my call. Even wrote an email to the CEO which has gone unanswered. Afrihost really tops the charts in BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I want now is a refund.
Don't ever take this hosting.
From the all declared features there is only a price, but everything else is terrible.

2. I have purchased 2 VPS servers. Despite the servers are pingable from the outside, a connection can't be reached between VPS servers. They are firewalled and blocked to communicate. So you are unable to server there any microservices.
3. Support. The Biggest lie. 24/7 is a lie! I have called 10 times by their number two days in a raw in working hours and nobody answered.
4. They are trying to make their clients fool. The Support pinged the localhost and gave an answer as everything is working fine.
