When the new company bought them they started mystery charges and attempted to bill me for emails and hosting yearly instead of monthly. They also added mystery charges to my email accounts. It is near impossible to get support and I have had days of down time while they "update" their Zimbra or some virtual or router. Outrageous. I have been with them an very long time and used to have a great experience when Jared was in charge. I will not use them any longer and have left their platform for something more stable.
