I way of offloading your information so that you can restore your server easily, however they will plug in your old drive and allow you to copy the needed files and there support is very fast. One thing to note is there support is hardware only! This is an unmanaged service so don't expect to get the answer you're looking for if something isnt working the way you like.
I now use there custom dedi service and it is much better! They provide on the go upgrades and everything. I've been a customer for over 6 months and have not experienced many problem thus far.

The bluehost VPS system is riddled with problems and every time our server "dies" their service team say its because of "poor optimization of the web server or SQL server" We've proved time and time again that it is the way they configured cPanel & WHM. cPanel SOLR continuously chews up 20% of the memory, with other cPanel tasks dying because of it, and them chewing up CPU resources to restart.
Worst platform ever, worstr service ever. The only fix we've been offered? Upgrade to more CPU cores and more RAM. Talk about bait and switch!!

e charged disconnection fee. Meaning Wholesaleinternet billing system from 90s is failing and each of that time you pay disconnection fee. Add to this long downtimes. Some of them were over 2 days. And finish it with worst customer support where they close tickets without any reply. That's what you get when you buy cheap unmanaged server from WholeSaleInternet. Our fault. No more WSI
