I read lots of negitive reviews about BlueHost and I don't really care about those reviews you can check it yourself and see if it is reliable or not, some people are trying to ruin one hosting in order to make another one raise.
I was using cheap hosting providers that I don't want to mention them here and they were all trash, but I love BlueHost because it is great.

here and there and it would get resolved. One thing that I wish they provided was a backup service. I way of offloading your information so that you can restore your server easily, however they will plug in your old drive and allow you to copy the needed files and there support is very fast. One thing to note is there support is hardware only! This is an unmanaged service so don't expect to get the answer you're looking for if something isnt working the way you like.
I now use there custom dedi service and it is much better! They provide on the go upgrades and everything. I've been a customer for over 6 months and have not experienced many problem thus far.

ing for their support, performance and up-time were top notch. Things have changed over past year or so, I bought their highest cloud hosting package yet it has many broken things inside, the customer support use to be local to Chicago, and now they are from India with absolutely no clue what they have in hand. Just to get a simple thing sorted out, I have to spend minimum of 4 hours escalating things to different departments and still things do not work like they should. Their reliability in terms of up-time remains good, but rest things are broken, despite writing them plenty of times nothing was rectified and was promised every time for a fix soon. When you contact them as a new customer, just look at their promises to support everything you throw at them, once you become a customer, same support replies will reverse with a simple reply - sorry we do not support this script/feature.
They won't be getting my recommendation and renewal for sure once my account expires in January 2020.

ce is good but stopped at 3. Yesterday I cancel one and I am in the process to cancel the other 2. This company would null my IP for occasional SMTP traffic due to back up kick on because of primary MX problem. I contact them several time and I decided to give up. They also got outage a lot.
