tool. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They often write that they just don’t know and in most cases close the chat due to inactivity (when you do not respond 2 minutes…) and then it starts over with another person (strong feeling it’s just 1 same person but different names as the type of handling and communication is very much the same) and over and over again and they suggest to skip the website update. Just a simple blog and product update which I cannot skip, super frustrating and I have customers! I am moving away from domain.com as hosting provider and their malfunctioning website tools and horrible customer service. I should have known with low prices but as terrible as this should be illegal, domain.com looks like a scam.
