l products from them in early August - realised the next day it was the wrong thing and they have refused to give money back. No refunds. No 'cooling off period'. Customer service really slow taking up to 2 weeks to respond. No personal touch even after 13 years - am just going to give up with them. I would be pretty ashamed if this was my business and I was getting reviews like this.
