a Wordpress shop running on a Turbo plan and they are running pretty smooth. I've monitored both websites closely in the past 3 weeks, uptime and load time and the results are consistent with no bad surprises. We are confident enough to migrate our main shop by the end of the year. Kudos to the ChemiCloud support team!

light I want for example a pretty small website, a teamspeak server, sinusbot and that for only 1,32euro, for this price I bought several vps and none of them have issue or latency or it's very very rare, the support is pretty fast, I would say 100 times better than ovh or soyoustart (on dedicated servers !) it really feels like justhost is doing that volontary where some ppl charge $10 for this quality.

even understand how a robots.txt work (basic sysadmin knowledge) because they set an allow rule to an user agent that had not been disallowed in any previous rule on the robots file. Also, the other day, from another chemicloud account from one of my clients, a support agent on the chat was asking me on the chat how can she check the server response of a page. Another case of an agent lacking basic sysadmin knowledge.
This is not a problem specific to the agent that breaks basic hosting management protocols or the other support agent that didn't know how to use the chrome inspector, both cases are just a signal of how unsustainably is chemicloud escalating its growth. They are not investing enough in support service and this is what will end up breaking up everything. Not the inflated prices compared to competitors, its the terrible support service, because that was the only added value from this company in comparison to the competitors and it used to be brilliant 2 years ago when I came, and I recommended every client to do so. Not anymore, I'm leaving and my clients are leaving.

only) I would not recomend these guys at all! super sketchy business practices, rude customer support and "system glitches" seem to be there go to excuse over and over. My rate plan just jumped by $5 with no notice, thats 20%, one of my websites has been down for 5 days and counting. they told me at first it was my fault, turns out it was another famous "system glitch". This company is scary. right now they are holding my domains hostage where i cant even get them out until "a technician" fixes the dns issue they caused. They shame me for using cloudflare as a nameserver because i dont want to pay them for a ssl ticket which in 2020 should be free. the list goes on. these guys are crooks. big time crooks. I would give them 1/10 but the rating wont let me.
