er that need to send/receive roughly 500 emails a day from different email addresses. All individually written messages that are NOT spam , nor soliciting any sales. After chatting with sales representative from Chemicloud I was assured a 100% deliverability of my outbound messages and so I signed up for their Turbo Shared Plan. What a pleasant surprise : their chat support it's tierless , meaning that any agent is capable of handling any support request. Any chat felt very personal, never a canned response, never a non relevant response. These people are great and willing to solve your problems. A couple of times I asked info on how to do certain things and the agent offered to do it on my behalf. Since I was moving from another Cpanel server the full migration of ALL the content, including mailboxes and messages took less than an hour from when I placed my migration request. They are using mailchannels to funnel outbound emails : that means that the reputation of the email server is guaranteed to be clean. I am 110% satisfied. Their shared cloud servers are full featured, from Litespeed caching server, to daily backup , to virus scan and monitoring system from Immunify 360. All for about 12$ a month, you can't beat that ! y hosting bill in time. The reason being i was in the hospital due to a serious health complication.
After i got home i received an email that my account had been deleted.
I sent mediatemple 3 emails to ask if there would be a possibility to restore my account, i mean every hosting company holds backups! I received no reply. Then i tried calling and the service agent hung up on me!
I know i should had paid in time but due to circumstances that was impossible. I kindly asked if they could restore my account with a back up, nothing more.
How can you treat a loyal customer of 10+ years that way? At least reply to my question and don't hang up on me.
Worthless and rude customer service.
Oh yeah, and their tech service is a joke as well! Every time something was wrong they would blame it on me, incompetent tech support to say at least.
Stay away from mediatemple. They don't value you as a customer, even if you've been with them for 10+ years.
