eir support diminished to next to nothing. Like the daddy one used to be. If it isn't server related they are hands off. We tried out ChemiCloud and have been very pleased. Then, one day our other host moved our sites to another server and caused a huge amount of problems and they took their hands off approach saying it wasn't server related. After arguing with them for a few hours we just switched over to ChemiCloud and all the issues with the site immediately resolved. They have been great the whole time and are there to help with anything we need.

even understand how a robots.txt work (basic sysadmin knowledge) because they set an allow rule to an user agent that had not been disallowed in any previous rule on the robots file. Also, the other day, from another chemicloud account from one of my clients, a support agent on the chat was asking me on the chat how can she check the server response of a page. Another case of an agent lacking basic sysadmin knowledge.
This is not a problem specific to the agent that breaks basic hosting management protocols or the other support agent that didn't know how to use the chrome inspector, both cases are just a signal of how unsustainably is chemicloud escalating its growth. They are not investing enough in support service and this is what will end up breaking up everything. Not the inflated prices compared to competitors, its the terrible support service, because that was the only added value from this company in comparison to the competitors and it used to be brilliant 2 years ago when I came, and I recommended every client to do so. Not anymore, I'm leaving and my clients are leaving.

R informing us that we have a couple of months to move to a new service because the service will be discontinued. Not to mention the outages we experienced - which are never explained!

For strategic reasons, our company decided to retreat from cloud service. Therefore, our cloud services «SecureRack vDatacenter» will be terminated by March 31st, 2017.
Please make sure to backup or transfer your data to alternative servers by then. We recommend the comparison portal www.cloudorado.com which provides a vast overview of cloud service offers.
As from January 1st, 2017, it will no longer be possible to place new «SecureRack vDatacenter» orders. Existing services are still available free of charge until March 31st, 2017. We recommend you to transfer your data as soon as possible, as all data and servers will be deleted irrevocably on March 31st, 2017.

Great job!! Why did they take our business if they knew they will be closing down the service? We had to re-pay the app developers and DB admins to move everything to google cloud - NOT CHEAP FOR A SMALL BUSINESS!
