a Wordpress shop running on a Turbo plan and they are running pretty smooth. I've monitored both websites closely in the past 3 weeks, uptime and load time and the results are consistent with no bad surprises. We are confident enough to migrate our main shop by the end of the year. Kudos to the ChemiCloud support team!

Using this now for a year and a half without any known issues. I had few service requests, which where each resolved within a couple of hours.
People need to be aware that it is a bare bone service you get. So you need not only setup whatever service you want to host, but more importantly to setup al the protection yourself first before anything els. That means setup the firewall and your backup mechanism, use certificate based logins and setup things like fail2bane to block attackers.

even understand how a robots.txt work (basic sysadmin knowledge) because they set an allow rule to an user agent that had not been disallowed in any previous rule on the robots file. Also, the other day, from another chemicloud account from one of my clients, a support agent on the chat was asking me on the chat how can she check the server response of a page. Another case of an agent lacking basic sysadmin knowledge.
This is not a problem specific to the agent that breaks basic hosting management protocols or the other support agent that didn't know how to use the chrome inspector, both cases are just a signal of how unsustainably is chemicloud escalating its growth. They are not investing enough in support service and this is what will end up breaking up everything. Not the inflated prices compared to competitors, its the terrible support service, because that was the only added value from this company in comparison to the competitors and it used to be brilliant 2 years ago when I came, and I recommended every client to do so. Not anymore, I'm leaving and my clients are leaving.

was running Ubuntu 16, they advised that even though they have ubuntu 20 on the order form this is not a service they can offer.
then I found the connection to the vps to be very unstable and getting a 50% packet lose.
I contacted support and they advised to get a refund I need to first cancel the VPS then there finance department cant file for the refund.
the Finance department then advised me I'm not entitled to a refund because I have paid for the year??? (Service has been cancelled)
Since I have not been given the product I have purchased and quality of service is unacceptable please provide me with a REFUND!!
