When I contacted FastComet sales, they offered to close my account and refund my credit card, and that just felt they are holding a gun at me and requesting me to comply with this theft, or-less . i haven't received any notification or email from them regarding a price surge as a fact!
even if they say they sent one i did not receive it anywhere , in addition i did not agree to a 100% increase in my basic annual hosting cost!
so if any of you experienced the same experience i will love to apply a Federal class action lawsuit regarding this particular action from their side.

And how do they reward this loyalty? How do they say thank you for staying with them despite when things went wrong?
They increased my fees by 243% More than double!
You may think that OK, maybe we are getting more? more performance? more reliability?
Oh that is a negative. they have reduced all the services and performance has gone down with servers not able to cope with website that they used to be able to cope with (probably over loaded them).
Loyalty to Smart and also Crystal hosting is not longer an asset for them.
I am extremely disappointed. They have broken my trust.
