y account did'nt reach the limit but since I had zipped file of 7 GB and it was unzipped by developers, and later on zip file was removed but they blocked my account. If you type my website address, it shows on screen, due to "billing for outstanding invoices" my account have been disabled. I have chat with technical support many times but my account after six months is still unavailable. If you want to trash your time, effort and money this is your company to host with. Time is money and money is time. My account is not availabale while I have paid for the the entire year. So I lost money and Time both, you do the math....

want a refund. They only reply if you ask for a refund or if you claim you want to cancel. If you try to cancel, they claim that your service will be cancelled. Yet, they still charge the next month. I have been a customer for several months, and have never otten to properly use my VPS because the providsions made by TheStack were invalid and a broken server was the result. I will be contacting my bank to be refunded for every individual charge TheStack has ever made against me, and will be contacting international agencies to prevent any other users from being scammed like I have. Avoid at all costs, unless you do not care about receiving what you paid for your money.
