Prices are not the cheapest in the industry but you know they are not overselling, they give you what you pay for, no crazy promises of unlimited everything, just straight honest allocated resources to run a normal website, the rest of the features are the same you would expect from other hosts, cPanel, email, backups, etc, I definitely recommend them. 收起

I've learn't a lot from the su... 展开 pport chat which I've never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes for and when you get in touch they have always solved my issues, most of my own making. They use cpanel which I love and my subscription allows unlimited subdomains. I just think they are excellent. I am considering going to managed VPS but my managed shared cpanel/wordpress seems to be able to do everything I have ever needed. 收起
There is only one guy, and he is pathetic. Ergo, their sales department is pathetic. And, their customer service is also pathetic. You will wait HOURS for him to begin tackling even the simplest of issues. He will waste your ... 展开 precious time by trying to blame it on the weekend, or on you doing something wrong. He behaves like a guy with and IQ of 50 or 60 who pays no attention to the details you give him about problems. Actually we got one server from InMotion Hosting and we stayed down for 1 day without reasons and finally the system admins told us we have played in the DNS and its fully managed by them! and setup by them! and its a 3rd par... 展开 ty support as long they spent 2 days to reach the system admin at all to check what's wrong with server..
hereby, im not recommending this company for bad experience and even the refund has an issue with them they didn't refund the payment until now since 4 days.. and email not revived for cancelation and refund and they are saying they have sent it 3 times to my Gmail email but maybe Gmail has a problem :)
Finally, its a bad services, servers, support, even the billing team not taking action at all! without proof or Billing history showing the refund on their panel how can we trust a service provider who caused a lot of issues to our business in down time without any reason!!!
