Unanswered mails and what not. Only the customer care executive can speak sweet that's the only thing they have been song since 15th Sept 2020.

ftlayer datacenter. But at the end of 2017 they got acquired by Godaddy and moved to HEG's St.Louis data center and the new servers are just awful. They go down atl east 2-3 times a week! Webfaction uses Ngnix as reverse proxy and many a times my sites were automically fall out from their configuration files - the result - blank pages. I had to open support department to get the things right. Webfaction does not use HTTP2, neither litespeed server or mariadb! They use the heavy and slow Apache server. The reliability of their servers has fallen down. They increase pricing from $8 to $10 per month for a shared web hosting plan. But you don't get a dedicated IP or control panel or access to backups. Their support is good.
