sign up, coupled with long delay after you paid and post work-hours call from across the pond to confirm you are not a fraud. Your hosting is only limited to website related files (no work, no media etc), please refer to their TOS( fine print ) and understand all the many limits, factor in additional hosting costs if your work requires it. This may not be uncommon but they are very aggressive in enforcing that, it almost comes off fragile. Migrating is hard and time consuming as their php settings by default appear very limited to prior host. As you try overcome these issues adjusting script code, their Firewall blocks you time and time again (not just for editing, even using site). If that's your webmaster, consider this as additional cost. Raise a ticket and they offer temporary whitelisting of your DYNAMIC IP. Problem is unresolved as issue continues weekly. Lack of unicode support so they will botch your name and address also complicating domain migration. Various problems with their site, for example I had to talk to customer service who wrote white text on white background as seen from Linux, firefox. Text was invisible, had to select it to see what's being written. Very unhelpful customer service, even bulling in enforcing their TOS. This is just tip of the iceberg, not letting the review get too long. I paid for 3 years and I am less than 6 months in, they refused refund, but that's fine as getting a new host and not feeling like a hostage is worth a small hit. I just hope someone else does all the homework, read their fineprint (TOS) and understands what's behind the smoke and mirrors.
An extra week of free hosting is absolutely useless when the hosting does not work...

sues, going back months.
I used to tell everybody about TSO host - I thought they were exceptional but something has changed recently.
The last few weeks (according to them months) they have been having major issues with their cloud - to the point that they no longer offer it to new customers. They have also said in various conversations that they do not know when the problem will be fixed properly.
My website is having daily server errors, when it does finally load the speed is dreadful and making any changes to my WordPress website just ends in more crashes. The entire process of updating an unresponsive website and navigating their live chat has wasted days of my time.
The only solution TSO could offer me is paying extra money for their Cpanel service, they'd look at refunding the remainder of my current package all while they offered me a £0.73 rebate on the weeks of disruption.
As they have specifically said that they cannot guarantee uptime on my website and I am an online retailer, I have decided to move to another hosting company.
They are refusing to give any refund more than that £0.73 on a service I paid for and have yet to receive - even though I have months left on my package.
Service paid for, service was not received - some sort of refund is expected. I will be pursuing this further.
Do not use for any reason - even if they fix this issue, their customer service in relation to issues is somewhat laughable.
