or 3 months. Never experienced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service.
It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat.
Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly.

I purchased 2 hostings in basic shared plan, created 2 websites....展开
Their tools are good. Initially they were performing good enough.
But then, here comes the catch:
They have a policy of 14 days refund. After almost 2 months, they shifted the hosting to a server which will annoy in all possible ways. It will always be dead slow website loading, frequent "503 server error" without any traffic, website not opening during certain period of the day, or in certain geographies etc. Overall you'll realize that it was a mistake to opt this service.
At that time, you cannot get refund, as 14 days are over. Then they will insist to purchase a higher, costlier hosting plan. If you request for cancellation, they will cancel the hosting (totally remove) without any refund.
I lost one client due to all this jargon. My other client is asking to find another better hosting. I'll have to migrate his website.
