reply if you ask for a refund or if you claim you want to cancel. If you try to cancel, they claim that your service will be cancelled. Yet, they still charge the next month. I have been a customer for several months, and have never otten to properly use my VPS because the providsions made by TheStack were invalid and a broken server was the result. I will be contacting my bank to be refunded for every individual charge TheStack has ever made against me, and will be contacting international agencies to prevent any other users from being scammed like I have. Avoid at all costs, unless you do not care about receiving what you paid for your money.
