We had an issue and it took two weeks to prove to them that the problem was with their servers, take my advise keep away from them, don't let the cheap price fool you.

ce there. When there is an issue, WebSound tech support points out the problem and leaves it at that. The service is cheap, so all of that is fine. Still, my advice is to make customer satisfaction a priority. I'm switching. Good luck.
