to lose orders and business, on top of that our ENTIRE server with 40 websites crashed this morning for an hour for no reason?
A struggle to get any response or any sense of urgency out of them, there is no communication as to what is happening, all I get is another opened ticket.
We had emails of one client down because they entered the MX record as .com and not .com.au? Careless and silly mistake that caused my clients emails to be down for 24 hours unnessarily.

y cpanel the recovery email was not mine, it happened 3 times.
Customer service: Worst customer service. The online chat representative always closes the chat ON purpose. I am also sure they temporary block the chat based on IP or whatever means they use.
Very useless customer service.
You get what you pay for.
