lde the company. Tech support has at-best canned responses, and little to no ability to affect the service.
They haven't updates their security (SSL/TLS), so even when you can get it, its deprecated, broken security.
The help-desk guy tries to convince you that's fine.
Finally leaving the service... a shame, since it used to be good.
