It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. Therefore, our cloud services «SecureRack vDatacenter» will be terminated by March 31st, 2017. Please make sure to backup or transfer your data to alternative servers by then. We recommend the comparison portal www.cloudorado.com which provides a vast overview of cloud service offers. As from January 1st, 2017, it will no longer be possible to place new «SecureRack vDatacenter» orders. Existing services are still available free of charge until March 31st, 2017.
