rompt to reply to my e-mails and fix whatever the issue is if I can't handle it myself. I need to upgrade to a new server and thought I'd shop around a bit (hence why I'm on this review site) but I'm thinking to myself why even bother looking? I'll just stick with iWeb, they've proven to me over the years that they're super reliable.

and finally my own Dedicated Servers. But after having to constantly migrate sites off old outdated servers, I looked for a solution to the madness and found Mosso in 2006. They were doing something different as they were offering a reselling solution where they handled all the customer support, billing, etc. As an early adopter, I opened an account and started moving my own personal sites over to the platform to test things out and found the experience incredibly liberating. More importantly, they were built with Rackspace's DNA… i.e. my hosting was backed with "Fanatical Support"... even if they weren't using the same verbiage. Soon Mosso evolved into The Hosting Cloud, then Rackspace Cloud Sites, the Liquid Web Cloud Sites. Although the name has changed, the support I receive has not. In fact, I have been working with some techs that have been there as long as I have… and it’s an amazing thing to have that kind of relationship in this industry. I’m grateful for the support I get from all those “good eggs” over at LW. Today, I’m a proud reseller of Liquid Web’s Cloud Sites and Managed WordPress Hosting.
Keep increasing prices on server, I'm costumer for many years, just lazy to move the VM to other place, but enough is enough....展开
They recently increase the price, I expressed frustration and said unless they bring it down(because it is already 6 years old server :)), I'm switching, they replied and thanked my for submitting closing request and that my server will be deleted soon :)
I didn't submit the request, just said I will be moving my stuff over the weekend. This is just a terrible customer support.
