king my order and leaving it at that, they went deeper to understand my objectives and advised me something better and more affordable than what i originally thought was best. and it worked out very well.
Super earnest in wanting my business and made me feel very valued as a customer. Have ordered more servers from them and highly recommend the Asia team to serve you. Friends that I have recommended have commented the same thing.
After service is good as well, which i honestly didn't expect at this price.
Even if they don't have the answer, they will press their colleagues for an answer and reply me asap. Just that don't expect much help during the weekends as they don't work then.

or 3 months. Never experienced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service.
It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat.
Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly.
Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

ill , this is messy and scary stuff.
hidden costs: after taking a closer look finding out that you are likely paying more then told on their website. ( in this case domain names )
harsh terms: also keep in mind that leaving Leaseweb as provider is not easy. they absolutely -will- make you pay for nothing if that is what it takes to grab your money. You have to read the small print to find out that cancelation take anywhere between 2-16 months. All other providers im working with just apply 1 month prior. no compromise possible. beware.
