nfortunately, I was spoiled with VERY good customer support with my old hosting provider.
After 4 attempts of transitioning 30,000 web pages built in Moveable Type and $5000 later, I finally found Liquid Web. Thank God!
These guys are fantastic! I've called several times in the middle of the night, and a LIVE person picked up the phone that I could understand. When I say 24 hour support, it's not some stupid chat AI robot, or out-sourced company.
I'm was SHOCKED! Not only do you get a LIVE person, you can someone that has a 'brain' in regards to complex questions.
I've since transition our website to using Word Press, which is one of the worlds best Blog Management products. No doubt in my mind, that Liquid Web provides the BEST support for Word Press installation.
I'm running our website on on the of their managed servers.
Please note: This is not a cheapy $10 hosting web hosting product. They offer fully hosted managed 24 hour support.
In my opinion, the pricing is VERY competitive. If I could give more stars, I would. No complaints.

that seamed to not care if I was stressed out or not. Since finding Rosehost my stress levels have gone down! The team at Rosehosting give me the feeling that they care about my needs and have always been able to assist me with issues I have quickly and professionally. They do this without belittling me or slamming me with details that I don’t understand. I feel that they go way beyond what is necessary for a hosting company and that their customer service comparable to what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

osting. The site cost us about $3000. Once this site was installed we set up auto-pay and they continued to bill us annually with no problems. When our credit card on file expired in January after the 3rd year of auto renewing; they sent automated email reminders which were not received on our side. We were advised by some of the association members in early February that our site was down. We followed up with Rose Hosting immediately and their billing and support said they had deleted all of our data and there was no way for us to pay a re-reinstatement fee to have our site and data restored. This was done on the 27th day of January. Also, they had made no effort to call or text us to notify us the billing had expired before deleting all of our data. In addition when we spoke to the billing support they were highly unprofessional. Your data is definitely not backed up or secure with this company and they do not have your best interest in mind.
