long time and don't think of leaving, I recommend them for you, if you need great Hosting.

WPEngine, WPX, Liquidweb (Nexcess) and Cloudways etc. and each of them had some kind of technical issues or slow support response times. With Scala I have zero issues, the support is the best of them all and their plans are multiple times cheaper than comparable plans of some of the companies I have mentioned. Then tell, me... What is the point in using a "premium" managed WP hosting for around $50-$100/mo or more with limits to the number of websites, visitors and bandwidth, when you can get the exact same features and NO limits for so much less with Scala hosting?

the grace period. after that they kept charging me for 3 month when I never had any active service with them. Kept opening a ticket and the tickets were closed saying
"Sir,
We have refunded you!
also if you have paid via credit card you should to wait at least for one week or 2 weeks to get back the money
also if you see we have charged you again please provide a details or a screenshot we will refund you!
Best regards."
never seen the money coming back to me and they kept charging, i raised the issue with Payapl because the transaction were coming from them and even though i never had any subscription under my paypal account and i was not seeing the money going to regxa in my recent transactions.
Regxa were reluctant to help and kept saying they issued refund but nothing happened. finally i had to raise this with my credit provider "Amex" and only managed to get back 1 month charge back.
Payapl investigated this and blocked the account however they only refunded 1 month as well.
Speed and all is good with this company but i truly believe there are crooks behind the screen who wants to charge people when they don't any active accounts. I have also raised the issue with UK online fraud agency.
I would stay away if possible. there are alot of good and friendly companies out there with better service.

iving my payment they refused to activate my account they said until I send them a picture of the credit card, i did that and since then I've been laying complaints they have not even replied to one.
I think this company is a fraud I mean what will they do with my credit card details and even after submitting all of that i raised several support tickets and they refused to even reply me.
Please stay away from them.
