or 3 months. Never experienced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service.
It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat.
Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly.
Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

er code and use their SQL Server to store data. They made it easy to install a phpBB bulletin board. I didn't use any of their other fancy app installs (WordPress, etc), as I mostly just write stuff from scratch in Visual Studio. I think they are generous with their storage offerings for the price, I've typically gotten good customer service, and server response times are fast.

r and this is there response when I asked why their website did not go down just the customers. I have an international website with 30,000 students and this down time is too costly and ridiculous.
"The blackhole routing is for a specific IP range. The Winhost main site, as well as many of my clients, are not hosted within that range."
So their site does not go down... but everyone else does. WTF
