这个网络托管服务做出了提供100%正常运行时间，否则原银退款保证，同时附带给予两星期试用期的罕见承诺。它们不以削到最低价作为竞争手段，而是表示自己能为您做得更多并以服务质量来获取您的青睐。假如在使用的首97天内您对服务感到不满意就能拿回退款，他们绝不过问。

纵然是做出了那么言之凿凿的服务保证，但奇怪的是DreamHost并没有提供让用户们趋之若鹜的即时拨电求援服务。反之，只是提供了开发询问票证系统及回电解答服务（有些配套还会限制回电解答的次数）。

他们备有一年及两年的签购合约可供选择，您可考虑使用的有共享托管计划、VPS或者专用托管计划服务配套。而他们所提供的两年签购计划并没有提供足以让人觉得物有所值去同意签购计划的优惠。

Dreamhost 感觉还可以，就是客服支援实在是太慢

Recently purchased Dreamhost's VPS, $15 in January, used to host WordPress, for a person who often uses VPS, it is too slow to get started with his fully managed VPS, FTP, MYSQL, domain name need to set their own, Uploading files requires FTP, but the pursuit of stability, I continue to use. However, his customer support is really slow. It took 4 hours to reply to Case. Is it because the United States is now a day off?
