e it. My WordPress website is very slow or not loading especially when updating in the Admin. I only have 5 active websites and 5 staging websites with no viewers. All my 5 active websites have few viewers and passed Google Page speed. I never experience this issue in my old hosting and I moved because of the sudden big Price increase. It is the worst reseller hosting that I tried and I raised many tickets. The support always say that my website is loading fast but that is after they fix it. The issue keep on repeating because the Disk Space is already 93% and Red Flagged by cPanel. I asked for a prorated refund but they don't do it and they moved my account to a new server. But after 1 week the same issue issue is recurring because the Disk is high again. I already cancelled their service and waiting for it to end. Don't trust the Review for the Reseller Hosting, they maybe fake. Just try 1 month and you will experience it. Below are some of my tickets: MOCHA-IBB-333-47517, MOCHA-TKT-628-48684, MOCHA-MRV-925-51657 There are many more tickets and I did not make a new ticket and just reply on the open tickets because it is long to expire. If they have refunded my Payment 3 weeks ago I will not post this. Since their service is very bad in the Reseller Hosting I must inform everyone.
