cky and get rough once in a while, but most every times a minimum of 20+ minute wait. Then, most of the time they put in a ticket for you and you have to wait until they send you a reply through the ticket which can take up to 24+ hours. And that is only for a reply, not tech support.
Every time you have to figure out an issue on your own because they use the old "its a WordPress issue" and that is something that you will have to look to resolve on your own. When I have a site or sites down for more than an HOUR!? I can't wait for a day or 2! Their solution, PAY EXTRA MONTHLY for being at the top of their top support to get an answer. Does that help get my website issues pushed tot he front so they will resolve it quicker? After about a year and a half, I would rather spend my time looking for a new company to host my 50+ sites, once that will have tech support when I can't figure it out!
They are very friendly on the phone, but only a few tech if you are lucky enough to get them, are about to help consistently. So if you go with them, call early in the morning or they will just jump to put in a ticket without any help.
