I am currently using Hostsoch for my business domain hosting, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

...er support. Tickets are not being addressed within the promised turnaround time (TAT), and in many cases, there is no meaningful response at all. For a business that depends on reliable hosting, this level of support is simply unacceptable.
Due to these delays and lack of proper assistance, my business operations have been directly impacted. When hosting issues arise, timely support is critical, but Hostsoch has consistently failed to deliver on this basic expectation.
Overall, the service quality is very poor, especially in terms of customer support and responsiveness. I would not recommend Hostsoch to anyone running a serious business that depends on uptime and reliable assistance.
