left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy.
I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists.

omer service says that my IP Address is blocked, but they can't explain why I do have access to my other website e-mail for my smaller websites AT THE SAME IP ADDRESS.
Unfortunately, customer service questions are never answered by the same person, even on "replies". I have had to repeat my issue and attach the same screenshots multiple times per day. I still don't have a resolution and will not be renewing ANY of my sites with them. The amount of business that has been lost over not accessing my e-mail is unprofessional on a business level and unforgivable on an ethics level. I'm hoping that I can at least salvage some of my contacts before my "service" expires.
