Great for Agency Hosting

are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

Email is not reliable
We have not had incoming mail working for 2 days. Yesterday I phoned them to tell them our email was not being received. They made a few changes on ...
the server and said that it would fix itself in the next 4 to 6 hours. Nothing changed. Next day, still no mail so I called again. After making more changes on the server and making us change all our passwords (13) they told me it would be fixed in 30 minutes. Nothing changed. I called back again and more changes were made on the server. I was told it would now take 24 hours for the changes to propagate. This will be three days our business is without any email. Not sure if your business could go that long with no email, but this is ridiculous. We are now expected to wait until tomorrow afternoon (the third day) to see if it is fixed this time. I'm not holding my breath, but I am researching a new hosting company.

Been trying for 3 straight days to get several issues fixed using the chat with no results.
Where do I start....I've spent over 15 hours during the past 3 days chatting with tech support to get several bugs on their side fixed with no results...
. 1. The first one that still not fixed is the jingles I uploaded. one don't play entirely after the correct Interval, It plays a part and then it freezes up the media player with no music, the other 2 don't play at all and it shows an UNKNOWN TRACK message before the media player freezes up. Tech support has been working on this for 2 days and they tell me that everything is fixed and working and it still does the same thing. They giving so many reasons why is not working but no results. 2. The image attached to the mp3 jingle file does not show, they told to upload the .jpg file to my media folder and it would work, it does not. I've been VERY patient but..., 3. They also have bugs with the calendar which does not show the playlist I chose for certain day and time. 4. The media files that show in my playlist to choose from shows the same songs several times even though it's been uploaded only once. I could keep going.... but the worst part is that they don't have any phone support and GET THIS...they don't give out an email I can use. The tech told me that they don't give out the company email. SMH...I've never heard of a hosting site not having an email address for customers. The last tech I chatted with told me he cant help me anymore and told me to look at the log files for errors...I'm paying for the service and also have to look at the code to see what's wrong. For 3 DAYS I've been trying to get these things fixed. I'm ready to throw in the towel and request a full refund. Enough said.
