Extremely disappointed with Hostripple. Their servers are down almost every month, and for the last 3–4 days my websites have been completely inaccess
...ible, affecting my clients and business. Every time I contact support, they only say they are "working on it," but no real solution is provided. They are neither offering a refund nor taking responsibility for the downtime. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Based on my own experience, I find it difficult to understand the large number of positive reviews. My experience has been completely different, and it makes me question whether those reviews reflect the actual quality of service.
I strongly advise anyone considering Hostripple to think twice before hosting with them. If anyone reading this has had a similar experience, I encourage you to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer authorities and share your experience. They do not seem serious about their customers or the services they provide.
