ort was good and even waited for 15 mins since i had an urgent phone call to attend.
Anyways, long story short and here is the break down of events.
- So when I moved to buy now page, i was a bit shocked looking at the pricing (screenshot attached)
-- What they advertised is $17.49 per month so according to this it should be $209.88 for 12 months but they are asking for 9.40
- When i asked the support staff, he told me that this is what it is and you can pay monthly and remain on $17.49
-- Then when i asked him that this would not be true because your terms on pricing say something different (Link to screenshot https://ibb.co/HGP9jg5)
-- Response was sorry that we are unable to meet in the middle way and the chat closed
Seriously they should be ranked the lowest when it comes to reseller hosting and what a disappointment.

he only ever answered once. Not even any answerphone service. He told me it would be easier to log a ticket. Did this, takes ages (sometimes) days to get a response. Keeps fobbing it off to different companies to deal with and each time it comes back to him. Have delt with a couple of other hosting companies before and it has always been a simple 15min task but Brad from Hoopla doesn't seem to want anything to do with it. Somehow he has locked our domain to his company even though the domain has been around for a couple of years and I can't even get in touch with him to find out why. As soon as I can figure this out i am transferring to another provider. Worst domain experience ever. Beware of this company.
