One year later and we are still very happy we decided to move away from SiteGround and give CC a try.

ful, patient, and always ready to help us with anything.
I have used SiteGround and BlueHost, both of whom have fairly good customer service, ChemiCloud actually stands out amongst these two big names.
After using their services for a year, I am happy to say that they are amazing.

even understand how a robots.txt work (basic sysadmin knowledge) because they set an allow rule to an user agent that had not been disallowed in any previous rule on the robots file. Also, the other day, from another chemicloud account from one of my clients, a support agent on the chat was asking me on the chat how can she check the server response of a page. Another case of an agent lacking basic sysadmin knowledge.
This is not a problem specific to the agent that breaks basic hosting management protocols or the other support agent that didn't know how to use the chrome inspector, both cases are just a signal of how unsustainably is chemicloud escalating its growth. They are not investing enough in support service and this is what will end up breaking up everything. Not the inflated prices compared to competitors, its the terrible support service, because that was the only added value from this company in comparison to the competitors and it used to be brilliant 2 years ago when I came, and I recommended every client to do so. Not anymore, I'm leaving and my clients are leaving.

sh, R3esolution may seem more expensive than other hosts; however, their VPS options turn out to be remarkably affordable when you consider that you have segregated resources so you aren't competing against hundreds or thousands of other websites for the same memory and CPU cycles.
For the server purist you can setup pretty much any Linux distro you like and configure it from the ground up. OR, if you prefer, you can take advantage of their Fully Managed solutions that include cPanel and pro-active monitoring so that, in the event that something does go down (which it almost never does), the Heroic Support Team has often fixed it before you even notice it.
Speaking of the Heroic Support team, they are amazing. I haven't needed to contact them often, but when I do, they are the most responsive support staff I've ever encountered at a hosting company. Whereas previous hosting companies would barely explain how to do more complex things, R3esolution's Heroic Support has not only explained the process to me, but actually done a lot of the work on my behalf.
I really couldn't be happier with R3esolution.
